Autoclave Engineers have recently added a new version of their market leading Eze-seal stirred reactor to their range (available in the UK through Merrow Scientific).

 

 

This system features the Mag3 magnedrive and motor that sits inline above the reactor, making the system an extremely compact unit for any researcher interested in applications requiring high temperatures (up to 454degC) and high pressures (up to 227bar)

The Mag3 is already being used in the highly successful mini-reactor and develops up to 595Nmm of torque, more than enough for most applications and on a very compact unit.

• Systems available in 50, 100 and 300ml vessel sizes
• 10 vessel port openings that are easily custom configured to suit researcher's exact needs
• Independent PID control of temperature, pressure and stirring speed
• Integrated systems including MFCs, back pressure regulators, automated sampling, for continuous or batch reactions
• Wide range of catalyst baskets available for gas/liquid, and gas/gas reactions where catalyst needs to be contained

• As normal metal to metal engineered seals on all ports and valves, fittings and tubing.  VFT comes from low pressure range (rated to 1000bar!!!)
